Hypothetically Speaking, Of Course...

Say hypothetically you are really short and occasionally feel a bit height challenged.

Say hypothetically you decide to wear 4+ inch slingbacks and do laundry and mopping in them.

Say hypothetically you wear the slingbacks to the home improvement store.

Say hypothetically you continue wearing them out and about.

Say hypothetically after, ohhhh, 6 hours of running errands your feet really hurt.

What would be a help for painful tootsies?

Hypothetically, of course.

Hypothetically speaking (because I've never done such a thing....really.....I swear....ok, you got me).....I'd say hot tub. Would also recommend foot massage from cute cabana boy...and a long walk on a hot sandy beach.

What??? None of those things available? Yeah, me neither. :-(

Hmmm, a hot tub-and a cabana boy-and a beach. Darn it! I don't have any of those either =(
I can maybe finagle a foot massage later though-hypothetically of course. =)

Ginstonic-we do happen to have some tigar balm or something like that. I'll wait for my cabana boy to come home. ;}

It appears that you have a theoretic solution to your hypothetic problem. It isn't possible to be height challenged when you have an ebulliant, warm personality such as you do.

Prevention is better than cure. We have to go shopping at DSW while you're here. I can wear my 3 or 4 inch heel shoes all day and come home and forget to take them off they are so comfortable. Given that the damage is done for the minute I would suggest a pedicure. I know, everything I think of is a spend money kind of thing. Sorry.

hypothetically? i would have to suggest a spa pedicure and a frothy drink with fruit on a sword and a paper parasol. but that's just me.

CEO-I take up much more space than my body does. It is a very intersting phenomena.

Spellbound-I have several pairs of comfy heels-these are my highest casual shoes and well, I had to have them when I saw them at *gasp* KMart. They are cute but cheap and my tootsies pay every time.

Nat-I have in my hand(well at my elbow)a lovely pomegranite martini and a promise of a cabana boy foot massage later in the evening...And I plan on giving myself a pedicure soon.

If you have any blisters, pop them with a PIN- just make a small hole, but DO NOT rip off the skin. Then put alcohol on it, and a band-aid. The skin will regraft and tomorrow it will be almost back to normal. :-)

In the meantime, I prescribe A) pajamas and B) a couch.

since i have no idea about wearing those things, my best advice is, take them off, lay horizontal and sleep... all. day!

LiLu-no blisters thank god. A couch did come into play.

Porkstar-I'd wanna see pictures if you had first hand experience with wearing high heels. I wish I could sleep all day.
