A point to ponder

Kid's dreams are just as vivid and baffling as adult's dreams, maybe more so.
I get the feeling that she hasn't decided that dreams aren't real yet.
For that matter, when did I decide that my dreams aren't real?

Well they may be ,ore baffled by their dreams, but I think kids probably accept dreams more naturally than adults. We seem compelled to explain everything, while kids know it is what it is.

Good to see you back blogging. I understand too much of a good thing, but I missed you.
Love ya

I have always had a very hard time with dreams, good and bad. No later than this morning I woke up from a nightmare and felt abandoned. Crap, this is endless.

Mom I'm a little back. And yes I think she just accepts them with fear and wonder and eats her breakfast. I wonder with too much thought and fear and eat my breakfast.

DCN I wonder aways about my dreams and quite often find more meaning than most. Introspection is the main culprit I think. These things make us who we are and there is no hiding for the likes of us. Have a good weekend-and a great party!

I used to think I was actually dreaming of things to come. I mean, I'd dream something, then it would occur days or weeks later. Exactly as I my dream said it would.

It makes sense that I used to think I could see into the future.

Now that I've grown older, I just think my brain is a really good guesser. :-) :-)

(except for the dog and slipper thing, that was just too weird) :-)

Nej-yep, when we think about too much we find all kinds of things because our brains just naturally want to find patterns and connections. Which is good. Except when a dog with no body eats your slippers.

I think the dog with no body was just using the slippers as bait to catch my hand for dinner. (sigh)

Kinda like those zombies and their "babydoll to put under the Christmas tree" ploy to get me out of the house for dinner. It was a doozy.

Maybe it was a zombie dog using my slippers?

Could be!
